Quality Control
Proof, not promises.
Life sciences and semiconductor facilities don’t run on assurances. Our quality program is built on established SOPs, certified welders and qualified weld procedures, and documentation that follows every spool from receiving to turnover.
Quality Policy Statement
MPMC is a results-oriented mechanical contractor focused on delivering quality solutions and service that exceed our customers’ expectations. We continuously improve by staying current with the standards and best practices of the industries we serve — and by holding our work to them on every project.

Life Sciences & Semiconductor
The rigor regulated work demands.
High-purity process systems are validated, audited, and expected to perform for decades. Our quality controls are built for that scrutiny — written down, followed, and documented so an owner, engineer, or auditor can verify the work rather than take our word for it.
Established SOPs
Written standard operating procedures govern how we receive material, fabricate, weld, inspect, and document. The work is done the same way on every project, and it can be audited.
Certified welders, qualified procedures
Welders are certified for the processes and materials they run, and every weld is made to a qualified weld procedure. Certifications and qualifications are kept on file and available for your review.
High-purity fabrication practices
Dedicated stainless fab space and secure stainless material storage keep high-purity work separated from carbon steel. Orbital welding, controlled handling, and covered delivery protect finished spools from the shop to your site.
Material traceability
Deliveries are counted and photographed on arrival and tied to the purchase order, and material is verified before it enters the shop — so traceability starts at receiving, not at the weld.
Weld documentation
Orbital welds are logged in-house against the welder and procedure, and the records travel with each spool. Every ISO and spool is tracked from model to fabrication to installation, so QC status is always current.
Turnover documentation
Traceability records, weld logs, and inspection results are compiled into a documentation package that supports your validation and commissioning — proof, not promises.
Our Commitment
The Owners and Management team ensure that the quality policy:
- is appropriate to the company objectives and goals;
- includes a commitment to comply with requirements and to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Assurance Manual and the policies and procedures outlined within it;
- provides the framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives;
- is communicated and understood within the organization; and
- is reviewed on a regular basis to ensure continued suitability.
Let’s talk about your next project.
